Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, accessories and altered items are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message or email at peerageshopbd@gmail.com.
